Terms of use of the D-Waste "CostIt!"Preamble
D-WASTE Hellas Ltd. Athens, an environmental engineering and consulting firm sitting at 141B, Acharnon Ave., 104 46 Athens, Greece ("D-WASTE ") provides users with the free use of a Municipal Solid Waste treatment facility calculation tool ("CostIt!").
"CostIt!" is a tool to calculate the indicative capital cost for the construction of a municipal solid waste treatment facility. The user of "CostIt!" is able to customize the waste input quantity, the plants' treatment processes, the desired plant capacity and the plants' outcome products.
The access and use of "CostIt!" is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable Greek laws and European Directives. By using "CostIt!", you agree to be bound by any such versions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current version of the Terms of Use. D-WASTE may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting.

The Copyright of all "CostIt!" content including text, graphics, sounds, other items, or combination of the above is owned by D-WASTE. No part or parts hereof may be reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system without the prior written permission of D-WASTE. You are permitted to download or print Content in this Website for non-commercial, personal use only provided that you do not modify the material and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. The permission to use "CostIt!" is terminated automatically if you breach any of these conditions.2. Trademarks
The Trademarks and logos used and displayed on "CostIt!" are registered and unregistered Trademarks of D-WASTE. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on this website, without the written permission of D-WASTE, or other Trademark owner who is displayed on "CostIt!".3. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D-WASTE and its suppliers provide "CostIt!" as is and with all faults and hereby disclaim all warranty and conditions, either express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to, any implied warranties or conditions of fitness for a particular purpose, of luck of viruses, of accuracy, or completeness of responses and of results.4. Exclusion of incidental, consequential and certain other damages
D-WASTE shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, economic loss, business interruption, failure to meet any duty, loss of privacy, or personal injury arising from or in connection with:- any access, use or the inability to access or use of "CostIt!", or reliance on the contents, factors and calculations of "CostIt!";
- any system, server, application or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus;
- any service, or information of any merchant or service provider.
5. Limitation of liability and remedies
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation, all damages referenced above and all direct or general damages), the entire liability of D-WASTE and any of its suppliers under any provision of this agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for "CostIt!".6. Accountability
The capital cost calculation may differ from place to place, or time to time, as it is based on contemporary standardized engineering concepts and assumptions. Factors like the application place, the applicable laws, the time of calculation, the market environment, and other legal and factual requirements, may have massive impact on the indication of the capital cost. D-WASTE strictly points out that for a more accurate and optimal techno-economical approach, a custom-made solution may be proposed from an expert, taking account of all above not limited mentioned factors.
In particular, "CostIt!" considers by estimation following cost factors: Buildings and civil works, the basic equipment, the equipment for air emissions and leachate management, the electrical installations, the process control and the supporting infrastructures and facilities.
"CostIt!" does not consider by estimation following cost factors: Land acquisition, site preparation and excavation works, Site fencing, site gate, road construction and surrounding area set , connection with medium or high voltage supply, water supply system and sewage network, licensing/studying/engineering costs, bank loan cost, marketing cost.
The above mentioned costs may vary locally depending on taxes, working hour cost, social security cost, material cost and the applicable legislation.
