Feasibility Study for the exloitation of biogas production in the Sanitary Landfill of Larisa
This project was focused on the benefits (financial and evironmental) of the Larissa landfill operator, from the exploitation of the biogas generation. The project focused mainly on the following: (a) examintation of different scenarios for the financing, implementation and operation of the biogas management and exploitation system for energy generation; (b) a techno-economic assessment of the scenarios under consideration, focusing on the greatest possible financial and environmental benefit for the operator, (c) Indicative first approach to the cost of investment, operation and potential income from the energy generation and d) Road map for the implementation of the project.
